F&B AI and Digital Integration Programme
Enterprise Singapore and UOB launched the F&B AI and Digital Integration Programme in July 2026 to help food-and-beverage businesses connect standalone systems and adopt AI-enabled operations, with a target of at least 200 businesses over two years and up to 50% EnterpriseSG support for eligible solutions and services.
F&B AI and Digital Integration Programme
Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and UOB launched the F&B AI and Digital Integration Programme on 15 July 2026. The programme is designed for food-and-beverage businesses that want to move from disconnected, standalone digital tools to integrated, AI-enabled operations. Its announced target is to support at least 200 F&B businesses over two years (Enterprise Singapore, 15 July 2026). The target is a programme reach objective, not a statement that 200 businesses had completed transformation at launch.
What businesses receive
The programme combines advisory, solution adoption, and capability building. UOB's SME Banking division provides advisory support to help participating businesses identify digital and AI-enabled solutions suited to their needs. EnterpriseSG and UOB curate digital-integration services and AI-enabled solutions that businesses can adopt at preferential rates; the factsheet says EnterpriseSG support can cover up to 50% for eligible solutions and services, subject to the applicable conditions (Enterprise Singapore factsheet, 15 July 2026). The percentage is a maximum support rate for eligible items, not an automatic reimbursement of half of every F&B firm's technology spending.
EnterpriseSG and UOB also plan capability-building workshops to help businesses integrate systems and use AI effectively. The stated digital-integration objective is practical: connect systems such as point-of-sale, inventory management, accounting, customer relationship management, and procurement so that data can flow across functions rather than remain trapped in separate tools (Enterprise Singapore factsheet, 15 July 2026).
Initial solution-provider panel
The launch factsheet names an initial panel of three solution providers, with additional providers potentially added later. OpenMinds focuses on integrations that automate workflows and reduce manual data entry. PayBoy, through its GutsyHQ software, connects business systems and provides AI assistants for questions about sales, stock, and manpower as well as routine approvals and follow-ups. VisionTech provides F&B-oriented AI solutions for sales, customer experience, and operational support (Enterprise Singapore factsheet, 15 July 2026). The panel is an initial programme supply arrangement, not an endorsement that every provider is suitable for every business.
Who should use the programme information
The programme is relevant to F&B operators assessing practical AI adoption, system integration, and support eligibility. Interested businesses are directed to UOB's programme page for current terms and conditions; the EnterpriseSG factsheet does not by itself establish every application step, qualifying-cost rule, or award decision (Enterprise Singapore, 15 July 2026). It should be distinguished from Singapore's National AI Impact Programme, which has economy-wide enterprise and workforce reach targets; the F&B programme is a sector-specific delivery partnership. It is also distinct from Champions of AI, which works with selected leading companies on broader enterprise-wide transformation rather than a curated F&B solution-and-integration pathway.
