BTO New-Flat Eligibility Thresholds
Dated HDB monthly household income ceilings and core citizenship rules for Build-To-Order new flats, with project-specific 3-room ceiling variation and multi-generation exceptions kept explicit.
BTO New-Flat Eligibility Thresholds
Use each row with its stated household nucleus, flat type, and gross monthly household income basis. These ceilings do not by themselves approve an application. Confirm the current sales-launch press release for project-specific 3-room ceilings, Standard/Plus/Prime conditions, HFE letter outcome, and remaining eligibility rules. Narrative interpretation lives in bto system.
