Government System Anchors
Narrative: government structure. Constitutional detail tables: constitutional structure anchors. Role holders: officeholders. Do not confuse elected MPs with NCMPs/NMPs, and do not treat the President as head of government.

Cross-check composition against Parliament/ELD materials cited in government structure and constitutional structure anchors; do not treat NCMP/NMP seats as elected majority seats. Cabinet roster vintage: PMO Cabinet (as of 27 July 2026 page update), accessed 9 August 2026.
