Primary One Registration Phases and Balloting Priority

Use each row with its stated population, phase, and exercise year. Narrative interpretation lives in psle and primary education. These rows describe priority order and reserved places — they do not guarantee a school place, and phase eligibility still depends on the child's specific connection to the school.
