Point-to-Point Taxi and Ride-Hail Rules

Public bus/MRT fares are PTC-set distance schedules. Point-to-point (P2P) fare levels are market-set; PTC regulates structure and disclosure. Narrative interpretation lives in taxis and ride hailing.
